Looks like more apologies from me for not keeping the blog current. I think it's going to be like this until they can wiped their own butts and make themselves a sandwich.

So here we go!

Grammy and Grampy Visit

Grammy Mary and Grampy Bill made it to NYC to help us ring in Spring. We all had such a good time and can't wait for the next visit.

Grammys always have the special sleeping powers (and strong arms for lots of cuddling and holding).

The Good and the Bad

Toddler stage is in full effect, bringing with it lots of fun and the occasional tantrum or freak-out. It's so interesting to see a perfectly delightful child melt away into hysterics in an instant. When you look at them, you can almost see how little control they have in that moment. Such a task we have to master our emotions.

Anyway, in one of Zoe's less shining moments she bit Ruby's forehead. It seemed to hurt Ruby's feelings more than it hurt physically. Still sad. Zoe apologized.

All the girls in the house got a nasty cold at the same time. I underestimated how difficult it is to care for your kids when your throat's on fire and you can't breathe. This is Ruby shortly after her fever broke.

We all retreated to the couch.

When we were feeling better, we decided to start a band.

We are enjoying the small glimpses of spring and are looking forward to spending more time with family and friends as the earth warms up.
